The Village PieMaker produces small batches of pies in order to ensure the utmost quality and attention to detail. For this reason, the building’s design is centered around the production floor which is flooded in natural light from 18-foot window spans. Each pie is hand-crafted on the production floor, individually packaged to create an airtight flavor seal, placed in the freezer overnight and then promptly shipped to your local grocer’s freezer. The facility includes two cold storage locations—a 1400 SF overnight freezer and an 8,000 SF large freezer; a shipping and packing room, washrooms, a dock area, a large breakroom, and offices.
