This position involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and identifying value-engineering opportunities to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role includes project management responsibilities such as scheduling, subcontract negotiation, and client collaboration to ensure seamless execution from design to completion. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of multifamily experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in construction.
As a Residential Project Engineer at McNeil Company, you will play a vital role in seamlessly executing high-end custom residential projects.
